Rename projects

You can rename the currently open project without leaving Logic Pro.

If the project contains only one alternative, and both have the same name, both are renamed.

If a project contains multiple alternatives, and all alternatives have their default names (project name #1, project name #2, and so on), then the project and all alternatives are renamed.

Rename the current project

  1. Choose File > Project Management > Rename Project.

  2. In the dialog that appears, enter a new name for the project.
